Privacy Notice for personal data processing
In connection with the requirements set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), please be informed about the rules of processing of your personal data and your related rights.
The following rules are effective from 1 September 2022.
The Controller of your personal data processed by the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” [Filia Szkolnego Schroniska Młodzieżowego nr 1 Warszawskiego Centrum Sportu Młodzieżowego “Agrykola”] located in Warsaw at ul. Długa 18/20 is: Director of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” [Dyrektor Warszawskiego Centrum Sportu Młodzieżowego “Agrykola”] with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Myśliwiecka 9.
If you have any questions relating to the manner and scope of processing of your personal data in the operations of the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” or relating to your rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer of the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” at: mbfo.iod@um.warszawa.pl.
The Controller of personal data – Director of the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” – processes your personal data on the basis of the applicable provisions of law, contracts and your consent.
Your personal data are processed for the purpose(s) of:
a) compliance with legal obligations to which the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola” is subject;
b) performance of contracts entered into with counterparties of the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola”,
c) in other cases your personal data are only processed on the basis of your prior consent granted within the scope and for the purpose as stated in your consent.In connection with processing of data for the purposes referred to in item 4, the following entities may be recipients of your personal data:
a) public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting to the order of public authorities, within the scope and for the purposes arising from the provisions of generally applicable law;
b) other entities which process, on the basis of appropriate contracts signed with the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola”, personal data whose controller is the Director of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola”.Your personal data will be stored for a period necessary for pursuit of the purposes stated in item 4 and thereafter for a period and within a scope required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
In connection with processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
1. the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of those data;
2. the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if data are inaccurate or incomplete;
3. the right to request erasure of personal data (so-called “right to be forgotten”) if:
a) the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
b) the data subject objected to the processing of personal data,
c) the data subject has withdrawn his or her consent to the processing of personal data on which the processing of data was based and there is no other legal basis for processing of data,
d) personal data are processed unlawfully,
e) personal data must be erased in order to comply with an obligation arising from the provisions of law;
4. the right to request restriction of processing of personal data – if:
a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject,
b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests their restriction instead,
c) the Controller no longer needs the data for its purposes, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
d) the data subject has objected to processing of data pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Controller override those of the data subject;
6. the right to object to data processing – if the following conditions are jointly met:
a) there are grounds relating to your particular situation, if data are processed on the basis of a task carried out for reasons of public interest or in the exercise of official authority by the Controller,
b) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.If personal data are processed on the basis of consent to processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you become aware of any unlawful processing of your personal data by the Local Branch of School Youth Hostel No. 1 of Warsaw Youth Sport Centre “Agrykola”, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority relevant for personal data protection matters – the General Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
If personal data are processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent, your provision of personal data to the Controller is voluntary.
Provision of personal data is obligatory if personal data are processed on the basis of a provision of law or on the basis of a contract between the parties.
Processing of your personal data may be automated. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
